I create this space here in Sweden with the idea of make you know a new way of doing yoga:                                            plus other non invasive techniques to enrich and open us to the inner world we have.

In this vast inner world we have, exists huge possibilities to heal ourselves, harmonize ourselves and meet us again with our own true being.

My inner journey started since I was a little child and never stopped. After many years of research; meeting different teachings, techniques and practices; I have the wish to help you to open the differents doors the Universe is offering to you to expand your soul and flow harmoniously with Life, in peace.
